I believe connection with—and understanding of—the Self is essential for true wholeness. Your light and dark, joy and grief, excitement, anger and love—every part of you is sacred and belongs. Wholeness isn't about perfection; it's about embracing the totality of who you are.

BELIEF #2

It is your birthright to heal—to return to balance and safety within yourself. From that space, you are free: free from fear, old programming, and the false limits you were taught to believe. Everything you need is already within you. All it takes is a pause from the noise and a courageous turn inward, guided by curiosity.

I'M REBEKAH

 

Most people know me as a devoted mom, an accomplished leader in corporate risk management, and an ambitious dreamer. And while all of that is true, it’s only a few of the many facets of who I am.
 
I am also a soul-led, highly intuitive meditation guide—a space holder devoted to healing through presence, softness, and truth. I am a heart activator, gently guiding others as they reignite their own light.

MY STORY

 

Yoga Nidra found me in a season of deep heartbreak and grief. It gently walked me home to myself—grounded, centered, and connected to divine guidance. That path prepared me for the greatest challenge of my life: a breast cancer diagnosis.
 
Rather than crumble, I surrendered to the tender embrace of Yoga Nidra. It became my refuge, not just a practice but a home. From that place, I now offer what I’ve learned: how to stay with what is, how to soften without collapsing, and how to trust your own timing.

 

MY PURPOSE

My purpose is to help others remember who they are beneath the survival.

I hold space for people to rest, rewire, and reimagine what it means to feel safe in their own body.

We all work so hard in the many roles we fill, professionally and personally. All while living in a world that keeps our nervous system in the "on" position far too often.
